CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • RESOLUTION O1- 049 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> FOR FITNESS CROSSROAD, 2912 PENTAGON DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS, a conditional use permit request was received by the City from Barry Tedlund, for 2912 <br /> Pentagon Drive, to allow a health club and tanning salon at that address; and <br /> WHEREAS, said request was heard at a public hearing by the Planning Commission on February 20, <br /> 2001; and <br /> WHEREAS, health clubs and tanning salons are permitted conditional uses by City Ordinances; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended Council approval of said request with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. Hours of operation will be from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday through <br /> Friday; and 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday. <br /> 2. Applicant will continue working with City Staff and the Building Inspector <br /> regarding any open issues that were set forth in his letter of January 18, 2001. <br /> • 3. Compliance with all other laws and regulations including those of the City <br /> County, State, and any other regulatory bodies. <br /> 4. Compliance with the St. Anthony Shopping Center lease agreement regarding <br /> specified signage criteria. <br /> 5. Explore the possibility of installing bicycle racks during summer hours. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby <br /> approves the conditional use permit request submitted by Barry Tedlund (Fitness Crossroads), with <br /> the five conditions set forth above, for 2912 Pentagon Drive. <br /> Adopted this 13 day of 01. <br /> a r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> • Reviewed by Administration: 10 <br /> City anager <br />
