ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION O1 - 050 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING CP RAILROAD PROPERTY <br /> AS PART OF THE APACHE ANIMAL MEDICINE PROPERTY <br /> (2501 - 37TH AVENUE NE) <br /> WHEREAS, Apache Animal Medicine has purchased from CP Railroad certain lands which <br /> lie within the animal clinic's property and had been owned by the railroad. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the property formerly owned by CP Railroad to be added to the property <br /> owned by Apache Animal Medicine, 2501 - 37`'' Avenue NE., (legal description of property is <br /> attached to this resolution). <br /> Adopted this 3 - day of MaxcL 2001. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> J <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> is <br />
