ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 01-059 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR HARDING POND <br /> LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan for <br /> the above-referenced project,bids were received, opened and tabulated according <br /> to law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> Bidder/Address Total Bid <br /> Second Nature Lawn and Landscapes $268,715.60 <br /> Minnesota Native Landscapes $290,745.60 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Second Nature Lawn and Landscapes of Bloomington, MN is the <br /> lowest responsible bidder. <br /> • <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br /> contract with Second Nature Lawn and Landscapes in the amount of$268,715.60 in the <br /> name of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above <br /> referenced project according to the plans and specifications, therefore, approved by the <br /> City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> Adopted this day of A �4 <br /> May <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> • <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> F:\WPW1N\1065-43\res 01-059.docF:\WPW1N\106543\res 01-059.doc <br />
