CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 01-069 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LOT COMBINATION <br /> REQUEST RELATING TO 2816 HIGHWAY 88 <br /> WHEREAS, Tom Palkowski, owner of 2816 Highway 88, has requested a lot combination of <br /> PIDs# 07-029-23 12 0019 and #07-029-23 12 0020; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 19, 2001, the Planning Commission reviewed said request and <br /> subsequently recommended City Council approval. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the request from Tom Palkowski to combine the two above-referenced lots, <br /> currently addressed as 2816 Highway 88. <br /> Adopted this 21, day of , 2001. <br /> ej <br /> r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City M ager <br />
