ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTIONO 1-074 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR THE <br /> REDEVELOPMENT OF THE CENTRAL PARK COMPLEX <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony desires to redevelop and improve the <br /> Central Park complex; and <br /> WHEREAS, bids were sought and received by Jay Brothers, Park Construction, Forest Lake <br /> Contracting, and Veit& Company; and <br /> WHEREAS, at their August 13, 2001 meeting, the St. Anthony Parks Commission reviewed the bids <br /> and made recommendation to the City Council. <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby <br /> awards the bid for the contract for the redevelopment of Central Park to the lowest bidder, Veit& <br /> Company, in the amount of$1,689,862. <br /> Adopted this I day of AtA c4 iA 2001. <br /> i <br /> r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City anager <br /> 0 <br />
