ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTIONOI-081 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT, <br /> SUBDIVISION AND REPLAT REQUEST BY THE WIRTH COMPANIES <br /> WHEREAS, the Wirth Companies, 4001 Stinson Boulevard, had originally requested a lot split for <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, Beutz Addition on June 23, 1998; and <br /> WHEREAS, said request was approved by the City Council, but the final plat was not presented to <br /> the Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, due to the amount of elapsed time, applicant is now making the same lot split request; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at their September 18, 2001 meeting, recommended Council <br /> • approve said lot split. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby <br /> approves the request by the Wirth Companies for subdivision, preliminary plat, and replat of Lot 1, <br /> Block 2, Beutz Addition. <br /> Adopted this .3 day of p c±� , 2001. <br /> Ma r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> 'W <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
