ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 01-090 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> FOR 2500 HIGHWAY 88 <br /> WHEREAS, Michele Rae of Curves for Women, has requested a conditional use permit for the <br /> operation of a women's fitness franchise called Curves for Women to be located <br /> at 2500 Highway 88; and <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding said <br /> request on November 20, 2001 and recommended Council's approval of said <br /> request. <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the request for a conditional use permit for Michele Rae, Curves for Women, at <br /> 2500 Highway 88. <br /> Adopted this day of 1)c r- m ,(�,� - 2001. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: h <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City anager <br /> • <br />
