ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 02-012 <br /> A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING ON <br /> 2002 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, a report has been <br /> prepared with reference to the improvements: <br /> 2002 Street and Utility Improvements Project <br /> This project consists of street reconstruction and replacement of water main, sanitary <br /> sewer and storm sewer lines on the following streets: <br /> 1. Wilson Street, between 30'Avenue NE to 32nd Avenue NE <br /> 2. Harding Street, between 30'Avenue NE to 31"Avenue NE <br /> 3. 31'Avenue NE, between Wilson Street and Silver Lake Road <br /> 4. 32'Avenue NE, between Edward Street and Belden Drive <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> • 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in <br /> accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a <br /> portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter <br /> 419 at an estimated total cost of the improvements of$2,400,000.00. <br /> 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 12'day <br /> of February, 2002, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. or as <br /> soon thereafter as possible, and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice <br /> of such hearing and improvements as required by law. <br /> Adopted this day of <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> ity Manager <br /> • <br />
