20. NON-DISCRIMINATION. Page 15 <br /> 20.1 Neither the Union nor the EMPLOYER shall discriminate against any <br /> EMPLOYEE on any basis prohibited by law. <br /> 21 . CALL-BACK. <br /> 21 .1 . EMPLOYEES called back to work under conditions defined in Section <br /> 3.2 will receive a minimum of one (1) hour of overtime pay. <br /> 22.
