ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 02-018 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MUTUAL AID <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony finds that there are situations where another <br /> local government may need the assistance of our local government's personnel and/or <br /> equipment and it would be impractical or impossible for the City Council of St. Anthony <br /> to convene to authorize sending such assistance. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that: <br /> It authorizes the Fire Chief or his designee to designee to dispatch equipment and personnel as deemed <br /> necessary to assist another local government. This decision shall be made after considering at all times <br /> and in each case the internal needs of our local government in addition to the needs of the party <br /> requesting our local government's assistance. <br /> is <br /> This action shall be considered to be an official act of the local government and all of the local <br /> government's policies regarding compensation; use of equipment, insurance, etc. will apply. <br /> The Fire Chief or his designee shall recall the local government's equipment ad personnel if it is needed <br /> in our community, or if it is no longer needed by the requesting local government or if the City Council <br /> of St. Anthony orders that action. <br /> Adopted this a a day of -12002. <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administratio <br /> #Cityager <br />
