CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 02 - 019 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br /> CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE ASSESSMENT <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br /> ST. ANTHONY AND HENNEPIN COUNTY <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony City Council desires Hennepin County to perform certain assessments <br /> on behalf of the City; and <br /> a <br /> WHEREAS, the County is willing to cooperate with the City by completing the assessments in a <br /> proper manner. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby <br /> authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute the Assessment Agreement between the City and <br /> Hennepin County, covering the years 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006, and in the approximate amount of <br /> $35,600 per year. <br /> Adopted this 92 day of , 2002. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: J <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administratio <br /> City Manager <br />
