CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 02 - 027 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING TO REDEVELOPMENT <br /> OF THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony City Council is proceeding with the redevelopment project for the <br /> Northwest Quadrant area of the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council will use community feedback,market and financial feasibility <br /> analysis,planning reviews and developer interviews in its selection of a developer <br /> for said project; and <br /> WHEREAS, concept proposals were received and reviewed; and <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony City Council selected four concept proposals and interviewed <br /> interested firms as follows: <br /> Centex Corporation <br /> Pratt-Ordway Properties <br /> Opus <br /> • Sherman &Associates (removed themselves as an interested firm prior to the <br /> interviews) <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby selectsg25 as the firm to proceed to the preliminary <br /> development agreement for the rede elop em nt of the Northwest Quadrant area of the City of St. <br /> Anthony. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony authorizes the <br /> City Manager to negotiate a draft preliminary development agreement with the selected <br /> developer for consideration by the City Council not later than April 30, 2002. <br /> Adopted this I day of , 2002. <br /> � Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> • Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City M ager <br />
