CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 02-028 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SIDE YARD VARIANCE <br /> FOR 3601 ROOSEVELT STREET <br /> WHEREAS, R. Whitehill has requested a side yard variance for 3601 Roosevelt Street to allow <br /> construction of a new single family home; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider said request on <br /> February 19, 2002; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommends the City Council approve said request. <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the request by R.
