• It was reported that four(4) proposals for the purchase of the $1,500,000 General <br /> Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series 2002A of the City (the"Bonds") were received in <br /> accordance with the Terms of Proposal for the sale of the Bonds approved by the City Council <br /> by Resolution 02- 029 , adopted February 12, 2002.
