CITY OF ST.ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 02-036 <br /> A RESOLUTION REESTABLISHING UNCHANGED <br /> PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> 1) Whereas the boundaries of Precinct 1, Hennepin County,which consists of the territory of the City of St. <br /> Anthony,remains unchanged following state legislative redistricting,the St. Anthony City Council <br /> hereby reestablishes this precinct with those boundaries as required by Minnesota Statutes 204B.14, <br /> subdivision 3(c). <br /> 2) Whereas the polling place for Precinct 1, Hennepin County,remains at the St. Anthony Fire Station, <br /> 2900 Kenzie Terrace,the St. Anthony City Council hereby reestablishes this location as the designated <br /> polling place for this precinct in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 204B.16. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> I) Whereas the boundaries of Precinct 2,Hennepin County,which consists of the territory of the City of St. <br /> Anthony,remains unchanged following state legislative redistricting,the St. Anthony City Council <br /> hereby reestablishes this precinct with those boundaries as required by Minnesota Statutes 204B.14, <br /> subdivision 3(c). <br /> • 2) Whereas the polling place for Precinct 2, Hennepin County,remains at the St. Anthony City <br /> Hall/Community Center, 3301 Silver Lake Road,the St. Anthony City Council hereby reestablishes this <br /> location as the designated polling place for this precinct in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 2048.16. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> 1) Whereas the boundaries of Precinct 1,Ramsey County,which consists of the territory of the City of St. <br /> Anthony,remains unchanged following state legislative redistricting,the St. Anthony City Council <br /> hereby reestablishes this precinct with those boundaries as required by Minnesota Statutes 204B.14, <br /> subdivision 3(c). <br /> 2) Whereas the polling place for Precinct 1,Ramsey County,remains at Chandler Place, 3701 Chandler <br /> Drive,the St. Anthony City Council hereby reestablishes this location as the designated polling place for <br /> this precinct in accordance lwith Minnesota Statutes 204B.16. <br /> Adopted this day of r 4)u' I l , 2002. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: / <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City MaAager <br />
