ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 02-037 <br /> A RESOLUTION DENYING A LOT SPLIT REQUEST FOR <br /> 3645 CHELMSFORD ROAD <br /> WHEREAS, Troy Martenson, owner of the single family residential property addressed as 3645 <br /> Chelmsford Road, has requested a lot split for said property; and <br /> WHEREAS, The Planning Commission heard the request at a public hearing on April 16, <br /> 2002; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended Council deny said request due to the <br /> following: <br /> 1. Subdivision would not meet minimum lot standards. <br /> 2. Subdivision does not meet the setbacks required by City ordinances. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, in <br /> concurrence with the Planning Commission's recommendation, hereby denies the request by <br /> Troy Martenson to subdivide 3645 Chelmsford Road, citing the reasons set forth above. <br /> Adopted this day of 92002. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City anager <br /> • <br />
