ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 02-039 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br /> SANITARY SEWER AND WATER SYSTEM STUDIES <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to redevelop Apache Plaza and the St. Anthony Shopping <br /> Center; <br /> WHEREAS, this redevelopment proposes the construction of 400 to 700 new <br /> residential units within St. Anthony Village; <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to evaluate the impact of these additional units on the <br /> City's existing sanitary sewer and water supply systems; <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to define the capital expenditures necessary to <br /> accommodate the proposed redevelopment. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ST. <br /> ANTHONY, MINNESOTA: <br /> That the proposed sanitary sewer and water system studies be referred to WSB & <br /> Associates, Inc. and that they are instructed to report to Council with all convenient speed <br /> advising the Council in a preliminary way as to the public expenditures anticipated <br /> resulting from the redevelopment of Apache Plaza and the St. Anthony Shopping Center. <br /> These studies will define the necessary, cost-effective, and feasible improvements and as <br /> to whether these improvements should best be made as proposed or in connection with <br /> some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement recommended. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2002. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> gyReviewed for administration: <br /> Citynager <br /> CADocuments and Settings\CKroeplin\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Fi1es\0LK3D\res xx-00a.docCADocuments <br /> and Settings\CKroeplin\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLUffires xx-00a.doc <br />
