CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 02 - 045 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AUDIT OF <br /> THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY FOR THE YEAR <br /> ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2001 <br /> WHEREAS, an audit of the City of St. Anthony general purpose financial statements for the <br /> year 2002 was prepared by Stuart J. Bonniwell, Certified Public Accountant; and <br /> WHEREAS, said audit was presented to the City Council at a regular meeting on May 14, <br /> 2002. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the 2001 City of St. Anthony audit, as submitted by Stuart J.
