CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 02 - 046 <br /> A RESOLUTION CALLING A SPECIAL ELECTION ON THE <br /> QUESTION OF ISSUANCE OF ON-SALE LIQUOR LICENSES <br /> AND ON THE QUESTION OF ISSUANCE OF SUNDAY <br /> ON-SALE LIQUOR LICENSES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> 1. This Council desires to submit to the voters of the City the questions of whether <br /> the City should be authorized to issue liquor licenses to hotels and restaurants as <br /> provided in Minnesota Statutes, Section 340A.601, and to issue Sunday on-sale <br /> liquor licenses as provided in Minnesota Statutes, Section 340A.504. <br /> 2. The questions shall be submitted to the vote of the qualified electors of the City at <br /> a special election to be held on November 5, 2002 in conjunction with the state <br /> general election. <br /> 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the special <br /> • election to be given as required by Minnesota Statutes, Section 205.16. <br /> 4.
