• CITY OF ST.ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 02-050 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br /> REPORT ON 2003 STREET AND UTILITY <br /> IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve: <br /> 1. 34`h Avenue NE, between Stinson Boulevard and Silver Lake Road <br /> 2. Belden Drive, between 33`d Avenue NE and 34`h Avenue NE <br /> 3. Edward Street NE, between 33`d Avenue NE and 34`h Avenue NE <br /> by reconstruction of the roadways and utilities, and to assess the benefited <br /> property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement,pursuant to Minnesota <br /> Statutes Chapter 429. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> • ST.
