ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 02-056 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND <br /> ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted May 28`h, 2002, a report was <br /> prepared by WSB & Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of: <br /> 1. 34`h Avenue NE,between Stinson Boulevard and Silver Lake Road <br /> 2. Belden Drive,between 33rd Avenue NE and 34`h Avenue NE <br /> 3. Edward Street NE,between 33rd Avenue NE and 34`h Avenue NE <br /> WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br /> necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that: <br /> 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report <br /> • at an estimated total cost of the improvement of$ 1,736,000. <br /> 2) WSB & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
