CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 02 - 058 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING TO 3909 SILVER LAKE ROAD <br /> WHEREAS, a request for a sign variance from Advanced Dental Group, 3909 Silver lake <br /> Road, was received and submitted to the Planning Commission; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the request on July 16, 2002; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended Council deny the variance due to lack of <br /> an undue hardship. <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, <br /> agreeing with the recommendation of the Planning Commission, hereby denies a sign variance <br /> request for 3909 Silver Lake Road. <br /> Adopted this�_day of��1.•� , 2002. <br /> M yor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> 00 1 K— <br /> City Manager <br />
