CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 02 - 070 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING 2003 SALARY OF <br /> MICHAEL J. MORNSON, ST. ANTHONY CITY MANAGER <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony employs Michael J. Mornson as its City Manager; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council and the City Manager have agreed to a 2003 salary of$87,030. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby authorizes an annual salary of$87,030 for City Manager Michael J.
