• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 03-012 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE REQUESTS FOR <br /> 2611 - 30TH AVENUE NE <br /> WHEREAS, requests for a side yard and a rear yard variance were submitted by Bill Bauske <br /> for 2611 - 30'h Avenue NE; and <br /> WHEREAS, a Public Hearing relating to said requests was held by the Planning Commission <br /> on December 17, 2002; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended City Council approval of said variances <br /> of 10 feet from the northeast property line to allow installation of a non-window <br /> mounted air conditioning unit and found that: <br /> 1) Strict enforcement of the ordinance would not allow the resident to put his <br /> house to reasonable use, thus creating a hardship. <br /> 2) The home was built before the ordinances were instituted. <br /> • 3) The variances, if approved,would not alter the central character of the <br /> neighborhood. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the rear and side yard variances for 2611-30th Avenue NE, as recommended by <br /> the St. Anthony Planning Commission. <br /> Adopted this 1 Ll day of 2003. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City M ager <br />
