ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 03-014 <br /> A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING ON <br /> 2003 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, a <br /> report has been prepared with reference to the improvements: <br /> 2003 Street and Utility improvements Project <br /> This project consists of street reconstruction and replacement of water <br /> main and sanitary sewer lines on the following streets: <br /> 1. Edward Street: 33rd Avenue Northeast to 34th Avenue Northeast <br /> 2. 34th Avenue Northeast: Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road <br /> 3. Belden Drive: 33rd Avenue Northeast to 34th Avenue Northeast <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony: <br /> 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities <br /> • in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property <br /> for a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br /> Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvements of <br /> $1,700,000. <br /> 2.
