• CITY OF ST.ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 03-019 <br /> Councilmember Horst introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 14th day of January,2003 fixed a date for <br /> Council hearing on the proposed improvements: <br /> 2003 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> This project consists of street reconstruction and replacement of water main and storm sewer on the following <br /> streets: <br /> 1. Edward Street: 33rd Avenue NE to 34'''Avenue NE <br /> 2. 30 Avenue NE:Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road <br /> 3. Belden Drive: 33`d Avenue NE to 34`h Avenue NE <br /> WHEREAS, ten days'mailed notice and two weeks'published notice in advance of said hearing was <br /> given and the hearing was held thereon on the 11th day of <br /> February,2003,at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to <br /> be heard thereon. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St.Anthony approves such <br /> • improvements as are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and,after full discussion thereof and upon a vote being taken thereon,the following Councilmembers voted in <br /> favor thereof: <br /> Hodson, Horst, Thuesen, Sparks, Faust <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> Adopted this_1I day of , 2 <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> • <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City ag r <br />
