CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 03 - 036 <br /> A RESOLUTION REGARDING WAIVER ON TORT <br /> LIABILITY LIMITS FOR LMCIT INSURANCE PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony approved participation in the League <br /> of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust(LMCIT) insurance program for the year <br /> 2003; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City has elected to purchase liability coverage in the amount of$1,000,000, <br /> which is the statutory limits on tort liability as set forth in MN Statutes 466.04. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves waiving of the monetary limits on tort liability established by MN Statute <br /> 466.04 to the extent of the limits of the liability coverage obtained from LMCIT for the policy <br /> period of June 1, 2003 to May 31, 2004. <br /> • BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves <br /> the renewal of municipal off-sale liquor insurance in the amount of$161,913.00. <br /> Adopted this ;2'9 day of , 2003. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk tl <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
