ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 03 - 042 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION OF <br /> A NEW RESTROOM BUILDING AT SILVER POINT PARK <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council desires construction of a new restroom building at Silver Point <br /> Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, bids for said project were accepted, reviewed, and a recommendation was made <br /> by SEH, Inc. as follows: <br /> • Romtec (for pre-engineered building) $75,000 <br /> • Sandness (for installation of pre-engineered building) $72,195 <br /> and Performance and Payment Bond <br /> • Gopher State (for installation of pre-engineered building) $99,620 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby awards the bid for construction of a new restroom building at Silver Point Park as <br /> follows: <br /> • Romtec (for pre-engineered building) $75,000 <br /> • Sandness (for installation of pre-engineered building) $72,195 <br /> and Performance and Payment Bond <br /> Total $147,195 <br /> Adopted this 0 —day of , 2003 <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
