ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 03 - 045 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A POLLING <br /> LOCATION CHANGE <br /> WHEREAS, registered voters residing in Precinct 1, Hennepin County of the City of St. <br /> Anthony voted at the St. Anthony Fire Station in previous elections; and <br /> WHEREAS, due to redevelopment of the area in which the Fire Station was located and its <br /> subsequent relocation, a new location for said polling place must be established; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, after consideration of available locations, it has been determined that the most <br /> favorable polling location is Doran Hall, located in the St. Charles Borromeo <br /> Catholic Church, 2739 Stinson Boulevard; and <br /> WHEREAS, said location is in compliance with Minnesota Statutes. <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves relocation of the polling place for the registered voters of Hennepin County, <br /> Precinct 1, to St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church(Doran Hall), 2739 Stinson Boulevard, in <br /> the City of St. Anthony. n <br /> Adopted this 24 day of �,k,,u�� , 2003. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: &74�� <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Manger <br /> • <br />
