ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 03-048 <br /> VACATING RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, on July 22, 2003 the City Council held a public hearing on a proposed <br /> vacation of right-of-way easements; and <br /> WHEREAS, two weeks published and posted notice of said hearing was given and at the <br /> hearing all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City and of the public <br /> that said vacation be made; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council considered the extent the vacation affects existing easements <br /> within the area of the vacation and the extent to which the vacation affects the authority of any <br /> person, corporation, or municipality owning or controlling electric, telephone or cable television <br /> poles and lines, gas and sewer lines, or water pipes, mains, and hydrants on or under the area of <br /> the proposed vacation to continue maintaining the same, or to enter upon such easement area or <br /> portion thereof vacated to maintain, repair, replace, remove or otherwise attend thereto; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. <br /> • Anthony, Hennepin and Ramsey Counties, Minnesota, that the following described public right- <br /> of-way easements are hereby vacated effective as of July 22, 2003: <br /> That part of Silver Lake Road as shown on St. Anthony Village <br /> Commercial Center Addition No. 1, according to said plat on file <br /> and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Hennepin <br /> County, Minnesota, lying in the Northwest Quarter of Section 7, <br /> Township 29, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota, which lies <br /> Westerly of the following described line: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter; <br /> thence South 00 degrees 32 minutes 05 seconds East, assumed <br /> bearing along the East line of said Northwest Quarter, 1227.04 feet <br /> to the point of beginning of said line to be hereinafter described; <br /> thence South 31 degrees 39 minutes 31 seconds East 92.51 feet; <br /> thence Southeasterly and Southerly 147.32 feet along a tangential <br /> curve concave to the West having a radius of 150.00 feet and a <br /> central angle of 56 degrees 16 minutes 20 seconds; thence South <br /> 24 degrees 36 minutes 48 seconds West, tangent to the last <br /> described curve, 142.47 feet to its intersection with the <br /> Southeasterly extension of the Northeasterly line of Lot 1, Block 1, <br /> in said plat, and said line their terminating, and also which lies <br /> • Northerly of said Southeasterly extension of the Northeasterly line <br /> of Lot 1, Block 1, and also which lies Southerly of the following <br /> described line: <br />
