ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 03 - 051 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING TO A REQUEST BY AUTUMN WOODS 11 LP, <br /> FOR AN AMENDMENT TO AN EXISTING PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT (PUD) <br /> WHEREAS, LaNel Financial Group (Autumn Woods 11 LP)proposes to develop a market rate <br /> senior rental townhouse-style building on the formerly City-owned single family <br /> lots addressed as 2534, 2538, 2542, 2546, and 2548 Kenzie Terrace; and <br /> WHEREAS, a request to amend their existing PUD was made by Autumn Woods 11 LP and <br /> was presented at a public hearing to the Planning Commission on July 15, 2003; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, after review and discussion of the proposed amendment, the Planning <br /> Commission has recommended Council approval subject to the following: <br /> 1. There will be 38 parking stalls, rather than the 35 proposed <br /> • 2. Review of the plans and cross easements by the City Attorney <br /> 3.
