CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 03 - 074 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECLASSIFYING A PARCEL <br /> OF LAND, RESCINDING RESOLUTION 94-074 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has property within its boundaries described as Lot 13, <br /> Block 1 "Soo Line Addition"; and <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined that said parcel has characteristics that make it <br /> unbuildable; and <br /> WHEREAS, the change in classification of said property results in sale of the property may be <br /> made to adjacent owners only. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby reclassifies Lot 13, Block 1 "Soo Line Addition"to an unbuildable parcel, rescinding <br /> Resolution 99-074 (which declared said parcel could be sold at public sale), thus making the <br /> parcel for sale to adjacent owners only. <br /> Adopted this C1 day of�Q ►., _�1_i , 2003. <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City MaRage, <br /> • <br />
