CITY OF ST.ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> • RESOLUTION 03-099 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING INSTALLATION OF A TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITY <br /> AT THE CITY'S WATER TANK LOCATED AT: <br /> WHEREAS, Sprint Spectrum L.P.("Sprint PCS")desires to install a telecommunications <br /> facility at the City's water tank;and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council believes said facility will provide a source of <br /> rental income and improve wireless communications and emergency <br /> communication service for the City;and <br /> WHEREAS, the mutually agreed upon lease terms for the water tank located at 3109 <br /> 33anAve, St.Anthony,MN 55418 (Sprint Site#: MS60XC271B—St.Anthony <br /> Water Tower)are as follows: <br /> Initial lease term: (5)five years <br /> Renewal term: (4)four,(5)year,automatic renewal terms <br /> Rent: $1400 per month <br /> Annual Rent Escalator: (4%)Four percent <br /> WHEREAS, the mutually agreed Sprint equipment to be installed are as follows: <br /> A(15'X 25')fifteen by twenty-five foot lease area(375 Sq.ft.)three hundred, <br /> seventy-five square feet of ground space to accommodate Sprint's Equipment <br /> rack which will be located on the west side of the City's existing fenced area at <br /> the base of the water tank. <br /> • A total installation of up to(12)twelve panel antennas and coaxial cable <br /> required for each antenna: <br /> • (4)four panel antennas mounted at 85'AGL,which is <br /> will be attached to the top railing of the water tank and <br /> • (8)eight panel antennas mounted at 63'AGL,which will be attached <br /> to the lower catwalk of the water tank. <br /> WHEREAS,cost of utilities,phone lines,necessary improvements and planning and zoning expenses will <br /> be paid for by Sprint Spectrum L.P. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St.Anthony hereby <br /> approves installation of a telecommunications facility at the site of the City's water tank located at:3109 <br /> 33rd Ave.N.E. St.Anthony,MN 55418,under the conditions and lease terms as stated above,which were <br /> mutually agreed upon by the City of St.Anthony and LCC International/Sprint Spectrum L.P. ("Sprint <br /> PCS")..
