CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 03 - 100 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APACHE PLAZA REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AREA, REQUESTING TO REZONE THE PROPERTY FROM COMMERCIAL <br /> TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> WHEREAS, at a public hearing held September 16, 2003 the St. Anthony Planning <br /> Commission heard the preliminary concept plan and plat and final retail plan and <br /> plat for the Apache Redevelopment area, generally bounded by Silver Lane on the <br /> north, Silver Lake Road on the east, the Soo Line Railroad Right-of-Way on the <br /> south, and Stinson Boulevard on the west; and <br /> WHEREAS, on September 23, 2003, the City Council approved the overall concept plan and <br /> plat as well as the final retail plan and adopted Resolution 03-081 approving the <br /> findings of fact and conditions of approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held November 18, 2003, <br /> recommended Council approval of the request from Apache Redevelopment, <br /> LLC to rezone said property from Commercial to Planned Unit Development. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the rezoning request from Apache Redevelopment, LLC to rezone the Apache <br /> Plaza Redevelopment area, generally bounded by Silver Lane on the north, Silver Lake Road on <br /> the east, the Soo Line Railroad Right-of-Way on the south, and Stinson Boulevard on the west, <br /> pursuant to the findings of fact and conditions of approval as stated in St. Anthony Village <br /> Resolution 03-081, dated September 23, 2003. <br /> Adopted this 5 day of 2003. <br /> (-4yor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: �-- <br /> • City Manager <br />
