The following action was taken: <br /> (1) A letter dated December 31,2003 was sent to the Ramsey County Auditor accompanied by <br /> a copy of the City Council resolution approving the Establishment of Tax Increment <br /> Financing District No. 3-5 and the Modification to the Redevelopment Plan for <br /> Redevelopment Project Area No. 3; a copy of the City Council meeting minutes from <br /> September 23,2003;the HRA resolution adopting the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax <br /> Increment Financing District No. 3-5 and the Modification to the Redevelopment Plan for <br /> Redevelopment Project Area No. 3; a copy of the Tax Increment Financing Plan and the <br /> Modification to the Redevelopment Plan;the County Auditor's Certificate as to Original Net <br /> Tax Capacity and Original Local Tax Rate; a list of the parcels included in Tax Increment <br /> • Financing District No.3-5;and a copy ofthe Tax Increment Financing Certification Request <br /> Supplement Form; <br /> (2) A letter dated December 31,2003 was sent to the Minnesota Department of Revenue along <br /> with a copy of the City Council resolution; a copy of the City Council minutes; a copy of <br /> the HRA resolution; a copy of the Tax Increment Financing Plan and the Modification to <br /> the Redevelopment Plan;and a copy of the Tax Increment Financing Certification Request <br /> Supplement Form. <br /> Enclosed is a compilation of all the documents related to the establishment of Tax Increment Financing <br /> District No. 3-5 and the Modification to the Redevelopment Plan.
