ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 04-053 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE REQUEST <br /> FOR PROPERTY ADDRESSED 3200 SKYCROFT DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS, an twelve foot side yard setback variance request was submitted to the City by <br /> Dave and Lisa Wiggins; and <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, following the public hearing held by the Planning Commission on July 20, 2004, <br /> the Planning Commission recommended Council approve said request as the <br /> following conditions pre-date owners. Pre-existing code is what some of the <br /> neighboring properties enjoying a better, higher use with using the zoning <br /> regulations. The variance would not alter the character of the neighborhood. The <br /> economic considerations are not basis for the variance alone. The drainage is an <br /> issue if the addition was placed in the backyard.
