ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 04 - 054 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FRONT YARD SETBACK <br /> VARIANCE FOR PROPERTY ADDRESSED 2800—34TH AVENUE. <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on July 20, 2004, <br /> regarding a front yard setback variance request for 2800—34`h Avenue NE; and <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning Commission recommended Council approve request by Rod Rabine, <br /> because the applicant did not cause the hardship. The request for a handicapped <br /> accessible ramp is a reasonable request. The building codes are over thirty years <br /> old and were not as strict as they are today. The addition won't affect the locality <br /> around their home. Economic consideration is not the basis alone of this <br /> hardship.
