ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 05-004 <br /> A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING LEGAL NEWSPAPER <br /> FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2005. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby designates <br /> Lillie Suburban Newspapers, Inc.
