<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan
<br /> for the above-referenced project, bids were received, opened and tabulated
<br /> according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the

<br /> WHEREAS, it appears that S.M. Hentges & Sons, Inc. of Jordan, MN is the lowest responsible
<br /> bidder.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony:
<br /> 1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract
<br /> with S.M. Hentges & Sons, Inc. in the amount of$1,311,115.71 in the name of the City of St.
<br /> Anthony, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above-referenced project according
<br /> to the plans and specifications, therefore, approved by the City Council and on file in the
<br /> is
<br /> office of the City Clerk.
