ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 05-032 <br /> A RESOLUTION SETTING A FEE FOR <br /> POLICE REPORTS <br /> WHEREAS, presently the St. Anthony Police Department provides copies of police <br /> reports at a fee; and <br /> WHEREAS, after comparing police reports fees charges by nearby communities, a <br /> change in fees charged for police reports in color is recommended. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby sets the fees to be charged for copies of police reports as follows: <br /> $5.00 Page 1 through 10 of a police report <br /> $1.00 for each additional page after Page 10 <br /> • $5.00 for each color page <br /> Adopted this 121h day of April, 2005. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
