ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 05-037 <br /> A RESOLUTION DENYING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> IN A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE FOR A CAR SALES <br /> AT 3605 —29TH AVENUE <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on April 19, <br /> 2005, regarding a Conditional Use Permit in a Light Industrial Zone for a <br /> Car Sales at 3605 — 29th Avenue; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended Council deny said request by <br /> Patrick O'Connor based on the recommendation of the City Attorney. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby denies the Conditional Use Permit in a Light Industrial Zone for a <br /> Car Sales at 3605-29th Avenue. <br /> • <br /> Adopted this 26th day of Aoril, 2005. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: b4AV� <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> Cit `Manager <br /> • <br />
