ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 05-042 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LOT COVERAGE VARIANCE FOR THE <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3217 - 31ST AVENUE NE. <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on <br /> May 17, 2005, regarding a lot coverage variance for the property located <br /> at 3217-31St Avenue NE; and <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission recommends City Council approval <br /> of said variance based on the following: <br /> 1. Undue hardship of the property length of the driveway required to <br /> access their detached garage <br /> 2. An extraordinary circumstance because this property has already <br /> exceeded the allowable lot coverage <br /> 3.
