• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 05-043 <br /> A RESOLUTION DENYING A TEXT AMENDMENT CHANGE TO THE <br /> ORDINANCE TO ALLOW CEMETERIES AND FUNERAL HOMES IN <br /> ZONING DISTRICT R-1 AS A CONDITIONAL USE <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on May 17, <br /> 2005, regarding a text amendment change to the ordinance to allow <br /> cemeteries and funeral homes in zoning district R-1 as a conditional use. <br /> WHEREAS, a motion was made to approve the text amendment as presented to the <br /> Planning Commission and the motion failed die to a lack of a second to the <br /> motion. <br /> WHEREAS, a motion was made to deny the applicant's petition to amend the text of the <br /> City's Zoning Ordinance a second was made and a votes was taken to deny. <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby denies a text amendment change to the ordinance to allow <br /> cemeteries and funeral homes in zoning district R-1 as a conditional use, as <br /> recommended by the Planning Commission at their May 17, 2005 meeting. <br /> Adopted this 24th day of May, 2005. <br /> Mayor <br /> 1 <br /> /t <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> Cit Manager <br /> • <br />
