ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 05-054 <br /> A RESOLUTION TO DENY A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE FOR <br /> REAR YARD FOR A PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br /> 2513 WEST ARMOUR TERRACE NE <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on June 21, <br /> 2005, regarding a request for a variance for a rear yard setback; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the information and found that the <br /> applicant had not satisfactorily established a case for hardship; and <br /> WHEREAS, the commission felt the applicant could reconfigure the proposed garage <br /> to fit within the current setbacks or reduce the size of the garage <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning Commission recommended <br /> • Council deny the request for a variance for rear yard setback for the property located at <br /> 2513 West Armour Terrace NE. <br /> Adopted this 28th day of June, 2005. <br /> ayor <br /> r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
