ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 05-058 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR <br /> SHAMROCK STORM WATER IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, bids for the improvement as shown on the plan for the above-referenced project, <br /> were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids <br /> were received: <br /> Contractor Total Bid <br /> 1 Forest Lake Contracting $33,230.00 <br /> 2 G. L. Contracting, Inc. $42,429.20 <br /> Engineer's Opinion of Cost $40,620.00 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. of Forest Lake, MN is the lowest <br /> responsible bidder. <br /> • <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> 1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br /> with Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. in the amount of$33,230.00 in the name of the City of St. <br /> Anthony, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above-referenced project according <br /> to the plans and specifications. <br /> 2.
