• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 05-059 <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO A FOURTH AMENDMENT TO A <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BY AND AMONG THE CITY OF SAINT <br /> ANTHONY, MINNESOTA, THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY, MINNESOTA, AND <br /> APACHE REDEVELOPMENT, LLC (THE "DEVELOPER"), DATED <br /> DECEMBER 19, 2003. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony(the"City") and the St. Anthony Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority(the "Authority") entered into the referenced agreement regarding an <br /> area located in the northwest portion of the City(the"Agreement"); and <br /> WHERAS, under the terms of the Agreement(as previously amended), the Developer <br /> and the Authority agreed to resolve certain issues concerning Phase II of the project by entering <br /> into a Phase II Contract Addendum by June 30, 2005; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has requested that the current deadline for completion of the <br /> Phase II Contract Addendum be extended until November 30, 2005; and <br /> • WHEREAS, a Fourth Amendment to Redevelopment Agreement has been prepared to <br /> extend this deadline. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota as <br /> follows: <br /> That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to enter into a Fourth Amendment to <br /> Redevelopment Agreement by and among the City of Saint Anthony, Minnesota, the <br /> Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Anthony, Minnesota, and <br /> Apache Redevelopment, LLC. <br /> Adopted this 28`h day of June, 2005. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
