ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 05-060 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR <br /> FIRE STATION ADVANCED WARNING BEACONS <br /> WHEREAS, bids for the above-referenced project, were received, opened and tabulated <br /> according to law, and the following bids were received: <br /> Contractor Total Bid <br /> 1 Jam Logic $17,000.00 <br /> 2 Electrical Installation and Maintenance Co. $46,600.00 <br /> Engineer's Opinion of Cost $22,000.00 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Jam Logic of Minneapolis, MN is the lowest responsible bidder. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> • 1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br /> with Jam Logic in the amount of$17,000.00 in the name of the City of St. Anthony, <br /> Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above-referenced project according to the <br /> plans and specifications. <br /> 2.
