• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 05-065 <br /> A RESOLUTION TO AMEND SECTION 1640.02 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> TO ALLOW CATERING/BANQUET ACTIVITES AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE <br /> INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICT <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on August 16, <br /> 2005, regarding a request to amend section 1640.02 of the zoning <br /> ordinance to allow catering/banquet activities as a conditional use in the <br /> industrial zoning district; and <br /> WHEREAS, the planning commission determined that this use would be appropriate <br /> as a conditional use in the Light Industrial zoning district and the <br /> proposed text amendment would read as follows: <br /> 1640.03 Permitted Conditional Uses. The following uses are permitted in <br /> an L1 District only by a conditional use permit issued by the Council: <br /> (h) Assembly, meeting lodge, or convention halls. <br /> (i) Catering operations, cafeterias and delicatessens. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning Commission recommended Council <br /> approve the request to amend section 1640.02 of the zoning ordinance to <br /> allow catering/banquet activities as a conditional use in the industrial <br /> zoning district <br /> Adopted this 23th day of August, 2005. <br /> Y <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> City Manag r <br />
