• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 05-076 <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A DRIVE THRU AT <br /> SNYDER'S DRUG STORE LOCATED AT ST. ANTHONY MARKETPLACE <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on September <br /> 20, 2005, regarding a request for a conditional use permit for a drive thru <br /> for Snyder's Drug; <br /> WHEREAS, the planning commission determined that this use would be appropriate <br /> as a conditional use with the conditions that have been proposed by the <br /> City which are listed below: <br /> 1.) No full canopy over the drive-thru. However, a minor wall overhang <br /> no larger than 4 feet would be allowed. <br /> 2.) Orient the traffic to a southbound one-way flow pattern to minimize <br /> potential traffic conflicts. <br /> 3.) Hours of Operation of the drive-thru would be limited to 9:00 a.m. to <br /> • 9:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday with limited hours on Saturday and <br /> Sunday. <br /> 4.) Positioning the drive thru driveway to limit and/or prevent headlights <br /> from shinning into residential neighborhoods. <br /> 5.)
