ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION OS-077 <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CATERING ACTIVITES <br /> FOR IUOE LOCAL 49 LOCATED AT 2829 ANTHONY LANE SOUTH <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on September <br /> 20, 2005, regarding a request for a conditional use permit for catering <br /> activities for IUOE Local 49 located at 2829 Anthony Lane South; <br /> WHEREAS, the planning commission determined that catering is allowed under the <br /> Zoning Code for an Industrial Zoning District and the applicant needs to <br /> meet the following conditions: <br /> 1) All parking must be contained to on-site parking lots. <br /> 2) The applicant must abide by and comply with all regulations imposed <br /> by the Hennepin County Public Health and the State of Minnesota. <br /> 3) There will be no cooking of food on site. Food may be warmed and <br /> prepared inasmuch as to ready it for serving. <br /> 4) The Applicant will be responsible for the conduct of caterer, employees <br /> of the caterer, the clients using the catering facilities and the <br /> conditions of sobriety and order on the premises. <br /> 5) The Applicant shall notify the Police Chief of St. Anthony prior to any <br /> catered event. <br /> G) The City reserves the right to revoke this conditional use permit for <br /> violation of any provision or condition of this Conditional Use Permit. <br /> 7) Hours of operations restricted to 10:00 am to 1:00 am <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning Commission recommended Council <br /> approve the conditional use permit for catering activities for IUOE Local 49 <br /> at 2829 Anthony Lane South. <br /> Adopted this 27th day of September, 2005. /2 <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: &&ALZf_!�VU-� _� <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> • City a ger <br />
